This community is about nutrition for toddlers. I have searched the internet for serving sizes, daily needs and such. The only thing I found was for either infants, under a year, or toddlers, 3 and up. Nothing for that scary, losing weight, stop gaining weight, picky eaters, period. I am hoping this community will help. I do have one piece of paper that tells a serving size for 1-5 year olds and what a serving size is. I will try to scan it and put it as a pic.
